Manufacturing runs on competing constraints, and teams can lose up to one in three operations dollars to downtime, scrap, rework, and delayed decisions. We built Autonomous Factory Operations to solve that decision bottleneck with transparent, human-in-the-loop AI.

At the core is a Counterfactual Arena: a single extended-thinking Opus run generates three strategies (speed-first, safety-first, cost-first), self-critiques them, eliminates weaker options with explicit reasoning, and selects a winner. Operators then see full provenance (winner + rejected alternatives + rationale + risk + rollback) and can approve execution in one click.
Around that, we built a real-time factory layer, a context graph that links events/decisions/KPIs/provenance, and FactoryGPT for natural-language operational Q&A.
