AI agents are deployed everywhere, but nobody's watching them. A misconfigured agent can exfiltrate data or bypass controls. SwarmShield firewall is like Cloudflare for AI Agents, it intercepts every action in real time through a sub-millisecond policy engine. When an event is flagged, SwarmShield spawns special Claude Opus 4.6 agents to deliberate. The agents - Security Analyst, Threat Hunter, Compliance Auditor, Risk Assessor - analyze in parallel, debate across rounds, argue and counter-argue & vote using configurable consensus. Every verdict includes confidence scores, reasoning & dissents. 
When handling sensitive data, agents operate in ephemeral sessions. They deliberate, reach a verdict, then all traces are cryptographically destroyed, only the verdict survives. GDPR-compliant by design.
Built on Elixir/OTP (tech behind WhatsApp’s  2 billion users). Each deliberation runs as an isolated lightweight process. Millions run simultaneously. If one crashes, others don't notice.
