opus HQ is a real-time dashboard for monitoring 6 Claude Opus 4.6 agents working autonomously as a dev team — Tech Lead, Frontend, Backend, UI/UX, QA, DevOps.

The problem: when you run multiple Opus 4.6 instances together, there's zero visibility into what they're doing, how they delegate, or when they finish.

The solution: a pixel-art animated HQ where each agent physically moves between rooms (Dev Floor, War Room, Code Lab, Deploy Bay) based on real activity. A WebSocket bridge intercepts lifecycle events — thinking, tool calls, spawns, messages — and streams everything via Supabase Realtime.

Features: live delegation tracking when the lead spawns sub-agents, real-time status visualization, event feed showing every tool call, and gateway log capturing all reasoning. Built entirely with Claude Code (Opus 4.6).
