CCX turns Claude Code into your Controlled Digital Employee. It runs 24/7 on your server, takes tasks through Slack, and delivers completed work - PRs, screenshots, live preview URLs.

The word "Controlled" in "Controlled Digital Employee" is deliberate. Every task follows a methodology we like to call (RPTIV: Research, Plan, Test, Implement, Validate). Every phase gets judged before the next starts. Every output passes an 8-point acceptance gate. Visual verification catches what tests can't. If it's not ready, it doesn't ship and doesn't stop.

Two Opus 4.6 processes work together: a Manager (1M context, handles all communication, never writes code) and a Worker (Agent Teams, spawns sub-agents per phase, never talks to humans). Filesystem IPC, 3-tier crash recovery, and compaction survival enable multi-hour autonomous sessions.
