PRISMA makes Monte Carlo simulation accessible to anyone with a spreadsheet. Upload messy ops data, get instant dashboards and insights, then simulate decisions before you commit.

Ask "What if I cut from 7 to 5 drivers?" - 1,000 simulations run, showing probability distributions and sensitivity analysis. Verdict: don't cut (34% positive). Follow up: "Keep 6, remove the weakest?" - PRISMA identifies the problem driver, simulates again: 63% positive. Not just answers - better questions.

Built with Claude Code and Opus 4.6. The full reasoning chain: understanding messy data, generating structured tool_call specs, formulating simulation parameters, translating probabilistic outputs into business advice. ~12K lines vanilla JS. Client-side - no data leaves your machine. Vercel deployed.

Built by an ops leader who scaled teams across Big Tech and high-growth startups.
