VoicePal lets users create a friendly persona that can call local businesses on their behalf (pricing, availability, bookings, etc.). Unlike typical voice bots, VoicePal is human-in-the-loop: at commitment points (booking, sharing contact info, confirming price/time), the agent pauses and asks the user for explicit approval inside the app. It solves the problem of making repetitive phone calls while keeping the user in control and producing structured outcomes (not just transcripts): what was agreed, next steps, and key details. VoicePal is designed as a PWA so it can be installed as an app on iPhone, Android, Mac, and can be used the website!
