BuildViz generates photorealistic architectural renderings with itemized construction cost estimates in 60 seconds, powered by FLUX.2.

Contractors, architects, and developers need feasibility studies to win bids, but traditional renderings cost $5,000 and take 2 weeks. BuildViz uses FLUX.2's photorealistic capabilities to create renderings that don't look AI-generated, combined with Claude AI for cost estimation and NVIDIA Nemotron for permit analysis and multi-interpretation design workflow.
