Trucking companies connect with their Freight Forwarder clients via API. However, when there are communication issues, who can help resolve and bring a solution? Agents can review, alert, and propose fixes in a timely manner. This allows for dispatchers to stay focused and review information, instead of having to come up with the solutions and become technical experts. 

If a small trucking company suddenly runs into an issue, they might not have the resources or technical expertise to be able to resolve it promptly. This could cause a stop to workflows and severely impact the team. Having agents helps bring a first round of solutions that might not be major issues and instead quick fixes.
