Second Opinion is a multi-agent system for writing code you can trust. When AI writes code and also tests it, it tends to agree with itself, so bugs slip through. We split the work across three separate agents running on Fetch.ai and registered on Agentverse: an orchestrator that takes the request in an ASI:One chat, an engineer that writes the code, and a tester that writes its own tests from the same requirement without ever seeing the engineer’s code. Each agent calls a different Meta Muse model with its own goal and prompt, they work in parallel, and they can only communicate through the orchestrator. The orchestrator runs the tests itself, so plain code, not a model, decides pass or fail. When tests fail, the engineer receives only the failing case, not the tests, and tries again for a few rounds before the result is reported back in the chat. The idea is simple: the agent that writes the code never gets to grade it. Next, we plan to add hidden hold-out tests, parallel handling of multiple issues from an issues file, and a live dashboard of the messages moving between agents.
