NeverTwice is a self-evolving pre-merge referee and episodic memory engine that stops autonomous AI coding agents from shipping buggy code and repeating past mistakes. Sitting between coding agents and production, it reconstructs behavioral contracts from messy crash logs, stress-tests candidate fixes against an adversarial sandbox judge, and writes verified failure lessons into a shared MongoDB memory bank so subsequent runs automatically retrieve the rule and succeed on the first try.
